We agree on a detailed scope at the start of the project — features, deliverables, and acceptance criteria — and then lock in a price. If we underestimate, we absorb the cost. If the scope changes, we agree on a change order before starting the new work. No surprise invoices at the end of the month. Our fixed-price model works because we've done this enough times to scope accurately. It also forces us to ask the right questions upfront, which leads to better products.
Our minimum project engagement is typically $15,000 for a scoped MVP or feature build. For ongoing retainer work (maintenance, iteration, dedicated team) the minimum is $5,000/month. We don't take on hourly or time-limited "consultant" engagements — we only work on projects where we own the delivery end-to-end. This keeps quality high and accountability clear.
The team we present in the proposal is the team that builds your product. We never bait-and-switch — senior engineers on the proposal means senior engineers on the keyboard. Every project has a lead engineer (5+ years, usually 8–12) and a project manager who serves as your day-to-day contact. We don't subcontract, offshore without disclosure, or pad teams with juniors. You'll meet your team before signing anything.
Yes to both. We sign mutual NDAs before any substantive technical discussion — just check the NDA box in the form above and we'll send one within 24 hours. On IP: you own everything. Full stop. Source code, design files, documentation, third-party licenses — all transferred to you on the day we ship. We retain nothing. This is contractually guaranteed on every engagement, not just a verbal commitment.
Launch is the beginning, not the end. Every project includes a 30-day warranty period where we fix any defects at no cost. After that, clients can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing development, bug fixes, and feature iteration — or take the product in-house with a full handoff package (documentation, onboarding sessions, architecture diagrams). 98% of our clients come back for their next project.
