Built by Engineers,

Baron Tech was founded in 2019 with a single conviction: the software industry was broken. Too many agencies over-promised, under-delivered, and handed clients codebases that fell apart the moment they tried to scale. We set out to fix that.

We started small — a tight team of senior engineers taking on hard problems that other shops turned away. Our first ten clients were referred by word of mouth alone, a pattern that still drives most of our growth today. Every project was an engineering statement.

By 2021, demand from the Gulf region led us to open our first international office in Dubai. By 2023, we had teams serving clients across Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. Today, Baron Tech runs dedicated practices across AI, mobile, web, ERP, and enterprise software — all under one roof, all held to the same uncompromising standard.

We remain privately held and entirely focused on delivery. No venture money, no growth-at-all-costs, no junior engineers learning on your budget. Just a team of people who love building things that work.
